Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and conditions for Soft Bridge subscriptions, software access, custom development and consulting services.

1. Overview

Soft Bridge FZE LLC ("Soft Bridge", "we", "us" or "our") provides digital services, software subscriptions, websites, automation systems, Business OS solutions, client portals, consulting services and custom development work.

Due to the nature of digital products and services, refund eligibility is limited as described in the sections below.

2. Subscription Services

Monthly and yearly subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period.

Customers may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation does not generate a refund for the current billing period — access remains active until the end of the paid subscription period.

3. Software Access

Once access to a Soft Bridge software product has been granted, payments are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Business OS
  • CRM systems
  • Booking systems
  • Client portals
  • AI automation tools
  • Marketing dashboards
  • Reporting platforms

4. Custom Development Services

Custom work is non-refundable once development has started. This includes:

  • Website development
  • Custom integrations
  • Portal development
  • Automation setup
  • API integrations
  • Branding assets
  • Design services

5. Consultation Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation session has been delivered, regardless of the outcome or whether the client proceeds with further engagement.

6. Exceptional Cases

Soft Bridge may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where circumstances reasonably justify an exception.

Approved refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Soft Bridge and do not establish a precedent for future requests.

7. Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a technical issue, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full upon verification.

8. Failed Service Delivery

If Soft Bridge is unable to provide a purchased service and no work has commenced, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

Once any portion of the work has begun, this section no longer applies and the relevant section above (software access, custom development or consultation) governs eligibility.

9. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Soft Bridge first to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank or card issuer.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services, loss of account access and the recovery of associated dispute and administrative fees.

10. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through their account or by contacting support.

Cancellation prevents future billing only. Past payments remain non-refundable, and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
