Soft Bridge does not store full credit card numbers, CVC codes or full bank account details on our systems. We retain only the transaction metadata required for accounting, receipts and fraud prevention (for example, the last four digits of the card, card brand and transaction reference).
5. Client Portal Access
Access to the Soft Bridge client portal is secured through email-based one-time password (OTP) verification. We do not store user passwords. Each login generates a single-use, short-lived code delivered to your verified email address.
You are responsible for keeping your email account secure, as anyone with access to it can potentially request a login code.
6. Data Storage
Customer data is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade security controls, including encryption in transit and at rest, network isolation, access controls and automated backups.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell customer data — ever. Personal information is shared only with trusted service providers that are necessary to operate and deliver our services, and only under appropriate confidentiality and data processing terms. These include:
